months ago from over 18 years of customer service work at our state highway
department and I realize and appreciate BIG TIME how challenging customer

I just wanted to write to tell you,how pleased we are with the hairpiece we ordered from your company! My mother purchased the piece for my daughter, who is dancing in The Nutcracker and needs ringlet curls. It looks so natural, and the color match is perfect!

I received the 137H... IT IS FABULOUS. I
guess they changed the cap style, and I have to tell you that it is GREAT. I
followed your suggestion and colored it with 'loving care" (washes out in 8
to 12 washings)... When I washed the color out I did not loose even 1 single
hair!!!. I applied conditioner and let it set of a couple minutes, then
rinsed and rinsed and rinsed!!!. Again I did not loose a single hair. I
pressed the excess water out ( in a bath towel) and set it on my wig head
and let it air dry for a while. a couple hours later it was just damp.. so I
started with the blow dryer and wide tooth comb.. again.. did not loose a
single hair.. Well. its all colored.. dried and looks wonderful.. I am
taking it today to have it cut. All I have done is, bangs cut and then cut
to length, shoulder length.

please, make a note on my account that whatever your company did (manager
inspected) keep doing it.. cause IT WORKS!!

I just wanted to say thank you again ... When we got the Chevonne wig yesterday my wife, as she's been accustomed to do lately, was still a little wary of trying it on. promptness. First of all, the hair is so luxurious and natural. When it
first arrived, I put it on per your instructions and wore it to work.
Everyone complimented me on how nice my hair looked. They said to me, you
didn't need to wear that hairpiece. Meaning my previous one. I never said a
word different. I let them believe it was my own hair until the end of my
shift. Then I told them. They still didn't believe me. When I saw my
fiancée, he said that's not a wig, that your own hair. It blends in so
beautiful and natural, no one believes me.
Also, your delivery I did not plan on coming for at least a week. I ordered
a hairpiece from a company called Ace Wigs in California and paid more to
have it fast delivery and it still took two weeks. When I told the owner, he
told me I would be reimbursed for the extra delivery money. I never was. And
his quality was terrible. I am definitely a Feke girl now.
I just received the
"banana clip" ponytail I ordered online and couldn't believe how "perfect"
it was! I found a similar hairpiece over a year ago in a Hollywood beauty
supply house, but have had a hard time finding where I could order another
one until I found your website.
That said, I am already e-mailing people who've complimented my "ponytail".
As a television personality, people are always asking who does my hair.
That's when I usually reach behind my head to unclip my ponytail just to see

I just got back from my hairdresser and she put the wig on me and cut off
about 1l4th and shaped it to look closer to my hair - and it looks FABULOUS
.... She also showed me easy ways to brush it out and style it and it
is really nice.
I am very pleased with my purchase of Rene of Paris Samantha. I am so happy
with the monofilament top. I feel much more confident with the fact I can
have a part in my wig and it looks so natural. I have been wearing wigs for
