Shipping Policy |
Standard Domestic Shipping:
U.S. GROUND
For all wig and hairpiece orders that are shipped within the Continental
United States, there is a base charge of $9.75, plus $3.00 for each additional
item after the first. For example, if you were to order 1 wig, 1 hairpiece
and 1 comfy grip, the total shipping cost would be $15.75.
These orders are sent U.S. Ground. You can expect your shipment
to arrive in 7-12 business
days.
Please make sure not to count weekends and holidays as a "day”.

U.S. 3 BUSINESS DAY AIR
For orders that are processed 3 Business Day Air, the base price is $37.50,
plus $3.00 for each additional item after the first. For example, if you
were to order 1 wig and 1 shampoo, the total shipping cost would
be $40.50.
These orders are sent Priority Mail or UPS and shipments arrive in 3-4
business days.
Please make sure not to count weekends and holidays as a "day”.

U.S. NEXT BUSINESS DAY AIR
For orders that are processed Next Business Day Air, the base price
is $65.00, plus $3.00 for each additional item. For example, if you were
to order 2 wigs and 1 hairpiece, the total shipping cost would be
$71.00.
Next Business Day Air orders must be placed by
1:00 PM EST to qualify for next business day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00
PM EST will not be shipped until the following business day.
These orders are sent overnight mail and you will receive them
the next business day. Look of Love Next Business Day usually requires 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL REGULAR
For International Regular Shipments, the base price is $45.00, plus
$2.50 for each additional item after the first. For example, if you order
2 hairpieces, your total shipping cost would be $47.50.
These orders are sent International Regular and you can expect
shipments to
arrive in your country in 6-12 business days.
Please make sure not to count weekends and holidays as a "day”.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS
For International Express orders, the base price is $57.00, plus
$3.00 for each additional item after the first. For example, if you were
to order 1 wig, 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner, the total shipping
cost would be $60.00.
These orders are sent International Express and you can expect
your shipment in arrive in your country in 4-7 business days.
Please make sure not to count weekends and holidays as a "day”.

SHIPPING FACTS
For orders that include maintenance products, please expect the
maintenance products shipment to arrive separately, via UPS.

Exchange Policy

Sorry, NO REFUNDS! ONE EXCHANGE ONLY!
You may exchange your goods for greater or equal value. All original packaging must be included. The wig/hairpiece must have all original tags on it. Please make sure that the wig/hairpiece is not brushed or combed and that it is in saleable condition
(excluding
Rene of Paris and Noriko, as they do not accept returns or exchanges).
Any wig or hairpiece exchange must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. This means, once your wig/hairpiece has been delivered, you
have 5 days to decide you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are
not satisfied with your selection, you must contact us by the
5th day after your delivery. You can notify us by e-mail at
customerservice@fekewigs.com. Include your
name, e-mail address, and the item you wish to exchange. In return, we will
e-mail you an authorization number. At this point, you have 1 week to send
us your exchange. During that week, we will assist you in selecting
a new
style, or new color selection.
If your exchange is due to an incorrect color choice, we always recommend
that you send us a sample of hair. For instructions and the best results,
please visit our
Wig Frequently Asked Questions for that
information.

Please do not forget to write your authorization number on the outside of
your box.
Only one exchange per item is permitted. A new restocking fee has
been implemented on all human hair wigs and human hair hairpieces over $100;
a 10% restocking fee will now be charged. On all other items
eligible for exchange, there will be a flat $10.00 restocking fee.
Regardless of the item exchanged, you are responsible for the
re-shipment charge to send your new selection to you.

Privacy Policy
We keep your personal private
information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our
website, you provide your name, e-mail, credit card information, address
and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep
you updated on your orders and personalize your shopping experience.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions |
1. How do I order online?
Simply select the item that you are interested in purchasing by
clicking "Add To Cart”. This item will then appear in your shopping cart. If
the item is a wig or hairpiece, please select a color from the scroll down
color bar, before clicking "Buy Item”.
Next, will appear a screen to view
your order. At this time, you can add another item by selecting "Continue
Shopping”. If at any time, you have chosen the wrong item or simply changed your mind, place a
"0" in the Quantity box and press "Recalculate”.
This will erase the unwanted item in your shopping cart.
When you are finished
shopping, complete the "Ordered By" information on the page below. Select
the shipping option you prefer from "Ship Region”. Press "Recalculate"
to see the total $ amount for your transaction. Press "View Final Total"
or "Check Out”.
After pressing "View Final Total”, you must press "Check
Out" to proceed with the payment method portion of the order form. On completion,
press "Send Order”. You will receive your order confirmation via e-mail.

2. How do I order on the telephone?
Please call our office at (954) 437-7847, and have your color
and style selections ready, along with your credit card information.

3. Do you mail print catalogs?
No, we have beautiful online catalogs for viewing purposes. To
view catalogs, please click on our active links. Remember come back to us

to get the best prices.

4. How can I
write off the cost of my wig, if I am using it for medical reasons?
Will my insurance company pay for the cost of my wig if I’m undergoing
chemotherapy?
Yes, be sure to keep your original email receipt. It is considered
a tax-write off,
if used for medical purposes. Most (but not all) insurance companies will
pay for your wig, and only if you have a written prescription for it. The
prescription must be made out for a "cranial prosthesis" in order to be
reimbursed.

and we will mail you a medical receipt for your insurance carrier.

5. Which credit cards and
other forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We
also accept money orders made payable to "Feke Inc."

6. Do you offer secure online
ordering?
Yes, you can feel secure shopping with us on our secured (SSL)
encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce online
shopping transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including
credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information
travels over the internet.

7. Do you sell other wigs
and hairpieces besides the ones on the web site?
Yes, we sell many others, including the full line of
Look of Love, Henry Margu, Wig Pro, Jon Renau, Louis Ferre and Rene of
Paris.

8. How do I go about donating
my hair?
Please contact Locks of Love at http://www.locksoflove.org/.
It is a wonderful charity organization that donates wigs to disadvantaged
children suffering from medical hair loss.

No, at this time we do not buy human hair.

Do you have a showroom at your Miramar location?
No, our Miramar location is just a processing center for Internet orders.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled before they
have been shipped will result in a $5.00 Transaction Fee. All exchanges/cancellations
made AFTER the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 Restocking
Fee with no refund for any shipping and handling.

Store Credit Policy
All Feke
Wigs Online Store Credits will expire one (1) year from the date the
credit voucher was issued.
